Keys are issued from the workspace, not this page.
There is no public signup. After a workspace is opened, the technical contact receives a staging key and a short integration note. Signed requests use this hostname. Unsigned traffic receives the same public pages you see now.

Base URL for partner software is this host over HTTPS. Staging and production never share a key. Rotate from the workspace if a key leaves the integration.
